Request for Proposal (RFP) for Conventional HVAC Equipment, Installation and Service

Tribal Leaders have asked “What is the best option for the HVAC upgrade?” as they consider replacing it with a more energy efficient up to date system due to the plan to increase utilization of the Tribal Center Building. The Tribe would like to move forward with purchasing equipment, installation, and service of a new conventional HVAC system consisting of furnaces and either heat pumps or air conditioning units.

The Snoqualmie Tribe is soliciting request for proposals (RFP’s) from experienced HVAC companies with proven experience, resources, and professional expertise to provide equipment, installation, and service of a conventional HVAC system for the Snoqualmie Indian Tribal Center. (Formerly the Snoqualmie Valley Hospital) located at 9575 Ethan Wade Way SE; Snoqualmie, Washington.

Please remit an electronic version of the consultant’s proposal no later than 12:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Savings Time on June 22, 2018 to:
