Join us for an evening with Walter Echo-Hawk to hear a lecture on his book In the Light of Justice. Echo-Hawk (Pawnee) is one of the country’s foremost experts in Indian law. He is a distinguished author and tribal judge, and was instrumental in the passage of landmark laws including the American Indian Religious Freedom Act Amendments. His career spans the pivotal years when Indian tribes reclaimed their land, sovereignty, and pride in the pursuit of freedom and justice.
