Medical Transportation

The Snoqualmie Indian Tribe proudly offers Non-emergency transportation to and from your scheduled medical, dental, chemical dependency, and mental health appointments between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday. A 72 hour advance notice is requested in order to help accommodate your scheduling needs. Transportation will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis within the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe’s five county service areas (King, Snohomish, Pierce, Island, and Mason). Priority will be given to Tribal members with no means of transportation and those physically incapable of driving. 

Community Health Representative

Transportation to and from community health events are limited to Snoqualmie Indian Tribal members on a first come, first serve basis between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday. Please call to schedule your transportation needs at least 72 hours before a community health event that you plan to attend. 

Medicaid Transportation Program

This program serves both Native and non–Native clients who are Medicaid enrolled and need transportation to and from scheduled medical, dental, mental health, or chemical dependency appointments between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday.  A 72 hour advance notice is requested in order to help accommodate your scheduling needs. Transportation will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis within the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe’s five county service areas (King, Snohomish, Pierce, Island, and Mason).
